The Nulogy management team has a well-rounded background of experience, having previously held international positions at Microsoft, Kellogg’s, Magna International, Nortel, Research in Motion (RIM), Corel, Points.com, Ericsson and several successful technology startups.

Jason Tham – Chief Executive Officer
Jason takes a personal approach to corporate development and leadership, whether it is getting to know customer needs or initiating the next stage of growth for the company he co-founded. Jason has gained valuable experience working at companies renowned for their supply-chains. At one of Kellogg’s most automated production facilities in the world, he analysed practices in continuous improvement and packaging. Earlier in his career at Magna International, Jason worked for the Symatec Group, responsible for new vehicle prototyping, research and development, as well as working in corporate planning where he applied methods for cost reduction within the supply-chain.
Jason also has experience at rapidly growing software companies. At 724 Solutions he worked through a period of 800% growth and one of the largest IPOs in Canadian history. At one of Canada's fastest growing companies, Redknee, he led a pivotal nation-wide product deployment in Italy.
Jason graduated with an Honours degree from Systems Design Engineering with an Option in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
Kevin Wong – Chief Operating Officer, Vice-President of Marketing
Prior to co-founding Nulogy, Kevin performed strategic planning at Microsoft's Silicon Valley Campus for their next-generation enhanced television services, and was a program manager for their t-commerce and data warehousing efforts in the MSTV server group. He also worked as an interaction designer at a boutique marketing firm in Boca Raton, Florida, and as an IT consultant where he worked on a plan to introduce the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model for Software.
Kevin practiced software development on the embedded code of edge routers at Ericsson in Santa Barbara, California, and on GUI applications for Janna Systems, one of Deloitte's Fast 50 companies prior to its acquisition by Siebel Systems. Kevin now leverages this broad experience in successful software companies to drive a unified corporate focus at Nulogy, whether it be in product planning, intellectual property development, or market strategy.
Kevin has studied business strategy at Stanford University, and has an Honours degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a Director on two non-profit boards, has held a seat on the Advisory Board for the Humber College Business Administration program, and has been a guest on Report On Business Television and CP24 to speak about technology.
Jason Yuen, MEng – Chief Technology Officer
As leader of the engineering division at Nulogy, Jason is responsible for ensuring the design, integration, and performance of Nulogy's software is of the highest calibre. Jason draws on a deep background in software development at Nortel, Airlink, and Ericsson where he developed an early demo of location-based push services over 3G networks for TELECOM 99 in Geneva.
Jason rounded out his product engineering expertise with work in engineering development at Research in Motion, makers of the market-defining BlackBerry devices, and at Redknee doing mission-critical product development for next-generation wireless networks.
Jason co-founded Nulogy, has a Masters of Engineering in Telecommunications from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelors of Applied Science, Honours in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Sacha Diab - Vice President, Business Development
With over 20 years of business development experience in entrepreneurial and fast-growing startups, Sacha brings impressive expertise in building long-term relationships, developing strategic alliances, and growing companies. Before joining Nulogy’s leadership team, Sacha was Vice-President of Strategic Partnerships at Green Rewards Inc., an innovative loyalty rewards program. In this role, he built and managed relationships across a variety of industries, including automotive, retail, and financial services. Prior to Green Rewards, Sacha was an initial member of Points.com, the world’s only public exchange for loyalty points. Sacha's sales and relationship focus helped Points.com grow from zero partners and zero revenue to what is now a publically traded company with over $60Million in annual revenue.
An avid sports fan and father of three, Sacha has an Honours Politics Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Sean Kirby – Vice-President of Research and Development
Sean applies an exceptional grasp of software development practices and theories to direct the research and development efforts at Nulogy. In addition to introducing Nulogy to agile development practices, one of Sean's on-going projects is a byte-code manipulation tool that permits more powerful automated testing of Nulogy's software, ensuring reliable product quality on a daily basis.
Prior to co-founding Nulogy, Sean worked in software testing at Corel, as a software developer in the rigors of the telecommunications industry for the likes of Redknee and Kaval Telecom, and built up research experience in the real-time X-ray imaging group at Sunnybrook Hospital.
Sean has an Honours degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, graduating with Distinction.
Mehran Malek, MBA – Director of Professional Services
Mehran is committed to making sure he and his smart, friendly team deliver the industry's highest level of service, from business analysis, to product delivery to training. Prior to joining Nulogy, Mehran managed complex technology projects for leading providers of IP communications. At these companies he oversaw all aspects of product delivery from requirements gathering, to solution development, to testing and deployment.
Mehran has an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and an Honours degree in Systems Design Engineering with an Option in Mechatronics from the University of Waterloo.
