PackManager now automates key traceability concern

The patent-pending technology behind PackManager’s ICG functionality allows everyday, non-technical users to enter customer-specific rules for generating lot codes and expiry dates. Whether it is a finished good lot code based on earliest component manufacture date, an expiry date generated using shelf-life, or another customer-specific rule, the highly-flexible and user-configurable module now automates one of the most important and difficult traceability tasks in your fast-paced production.

Prior to Nulogy’s invention, if a customer wanted lot codes to be generated by specific rules, it would require custom development to existing software such as a Warehouse Management System. Any further changes to the rules would necessitate even more custom development. With PackManager’s ICG functionality, rules can be changed directly through the user interface, and can be applied very selectively to certain customers or even items.
